Team Practices

During the winter/indoor season, our  practice site is located at the New Brunswick Middle School 1125 Livingston Ave , New Brunswick, NJ, (enter via the rear parking lot on Jersey Ave side). Practices will be held from 6PM-8PM on  Tuesdays,  and Thursdays.  Please dress your child appropriately for practice including sweats, tights, long sleeve tee shirts and running shoes. No short sleeve T shirts or shorts.  No athlete will be allowed to practice if they arrive without a full warm up suit and jacket or coat. They are not allowed to “just run from the car to the building”.  Athletes should always wear RUNNING SNEAKERS.  No boots, basketball sneakers or street clothes are allowed.  If your child is not prepared for practice with appropriate attire and attitude, please do not bring them as this is for the safety of your child.  Athletes should always bring water or sports drinks to practice as well.
